I am flattered that you care enough to read a little about me. By day I am a leader of some awesome software ninjas. By night I am a father, a scouter, a yogi. I am here to share anything I can to make your life better.
Like most people I know, I spend hundreds of hours a year sitting in front of a screen. A conservative estimate for my screen time is 3000 hours a year. That is not healthy for our bodies or our minds. My main strategy for overcoming the consequences of that is yoga - particularly the aspects of yoga that involve face-planting from strange arm balances.
It was never part of a plan, but the opportunities and circumstances lined up that led me to becoming a qualified yoga teacher, and I am now proud to coach within the world’s leading online arm balance school.
